Room to rent in waterside flat

Looking for a professional flatmate for my spare double room with exclusive use of the spacious main bathroom, just across from the bedroom (I have an ensuite).

The flat is south-facing, with a balcony overlooking the water, and is near Gloucester Quays and close to Cheltenham.

The room comes with some furniture, but feel free to bring your own or we can discuss options to furnish it how you’d like.

Cleanliness is really important. I’m really proud of my home and I need someone who will look after it and respect it as much as me.

I work in brand packaging design and also host hiking retreats. I really value a tranquil, tidy living space.
I’m often home late week days and away weekends either visiting friends or out and about hiking.

It’s not available for someone who works from home.

Open to negotiate rent for someone who only wants week day accommodation.
