Room to rent in waterside flat

Looking for a professional flatmate for my spare double room with exclusive use of the spacious main bathroom, just across from the bedroom (I have an ensuite).

The flat is south-facing, with a balcony overlooking the water, and is near Gloucester Quays and close to Cheltenham.

The room comes with some furniture, but feel free to bring your own or we can discuss options to furnish it how you’d like.

Cleanliness and tidiness is really important. I’m really proud of my home and I need someone who will look after it and respect it as much as me.

We have a cleaner who comes every fortnight for deeper cleaning.

I'm self employed and often work from home. But I'm also away a lot for work so you would more often than not, have the communal space to yourself in the evenings / weekends.

It’s not available for someone else who regularly works from home every day.

Open to negotiate rent for someone who only wants week day accommodation.
