Freshly decorated and clean double room available in a spacious house share that is full of character.

Rooms are a good size with high ceilings and the house has a nice open feel to it.

The house is close to the town centre and just a short walk to the bus and train station. All rooms are fully furnished with a double bed (you will need your own bedding).

The house is on two floors with a communal lounge on the ground floor and a second communal room upstairs. There is one shared bathroom with shower sink and toilet and a further separate toilet.

Broadband is available throughout the house and there is a mesh system to ensure good signal.

On street parking is available nearby. Two parking permits are available through Mipermit on a first come first served basis.

A washing machine and tumble drier are provided.

The communal areas of the house are cleaned on a regular basis.

The house benefits from a small courtyard out back for when summer arrives!

A £200 deposit will be required along with the balance of the first month's rent (with a full month's rent payable on the 1st day of the following month).

Landlords and employers references will be requested alongside proof of ID and three months bank statements (instead of a credit check).

The house is in need of some TLC and work is completing on the communal bathroom with further work to be undertaken on the kitchen.

Currently the three tenants are quiet and clean and someone with a similar lifestyle would be ideal.
