🏠 Room available – low rent + free run of the house… if you can look after my dog!

I’m moving in with my partner and looking for a lodger for the spare double bedroom in my 3-bed house.

The deal:

You get the house pretty much to yourself (I’ll only pop back once or twice a week for storage/business bits). All bills included. Full use of everything – big living room, modern kitchen & bathroom, good-sized garden, 1-gig internet, Sky TV, and parking for 2 cars.

The catch (and why the rent is low):

My dog needs looking after while I’m not around – just feeding him and taking him for walks. He’s a good boy, just doesn’t get on with my partner’s dog yet, so he has to stay here for now.

Double room is a good size (previous tenant had a desk set-up in there too – photos available).
