Room available in Gloucester

I am looking for a housemate to move in around the start of November (to be confirmed when my current housemate gets a move in date). I am, however, also looking to move in February as I am due to work in a different area of the region.

Rent, council tax and bills come to a sum of ~£780pcm and the property is a 2/3 bed in Tredworth, Gloucester (there is a third room in the attic but it doesn't have a door so we currently only use it for guests) with a garden with an outdoor brick cooker. I work full time so I am rarely in the shared spaces and do not make much noise as I am normally either playing games, out and about or doing various bits of life admin.
