We are professional couple living in four bed spacious and well maintained house as per pictures.
House is based only few minutes
drive to M5.

We would be happy to consider both short term and long term rent.

We mostly keep ourselves to ourselves and would ideally want to live with another fairly quiet professional who takes pride in thier living space as we are both a bit house proud.

There is a possibility of using our study for anyone who would like a little bit more space to either study or do arts and crafts or maybe playing an instrument.

House is located in very close proximity to town center where you could go on the bus that runs frequently if you dont want to drive.
There is also Pure Gym, Tesco, Asda, Boots, Lidl, Aldi, B&M all in walking distance.

If you are an active type person who loves nature, there are beautiful walks and bike trails near the canal.

Garage storage space is available at extra cost and could become a cheaper option than renting the actual storage located near by with price to be discussed.
