The flooring in the room is brand new

Use of the large bespoke communal kitchen which opens up to stunning views across the canal and open countryside

There is ample parking and room in the garage for some storage

I have 4 well behaved short haired dogs who are very placid and affectionate so whoever uses this room MUST be ok with dogs

All bills (apart from food and groceries) included including Talk Talk high speed broadband are included in the price

Use of washing machine and kitchen appliances

Ideally I am looking for a house mate who is perhaps working in the area and goes home to family/friends at the weekends or shift workers although this isn’t essential

We are both full time working professionals and would be looking for someone similar to join us

We are easy going and keep ourselves to ourselves

There is a pub which does pretty good food within walking distance, the M5 junction 12 both north and south are within less than five minutes drive.

The bus stop is a 5 minute walk and it takes approx 20 mins to cycle into Gloucester city centre along the beautiful canal towpath

There is also a small retail park within 3 mins drive to include Tesco extra, Aldi, Matalan, Miller and Carter, Home Bargains, Boots and a post office

The local shop which is very well stocked is a 10 min walk away

Glos is approx 10 mins drive
Cheltenham approx 20 mins drive and
Bristol approx 30 mins drive

We are surrounded by beautiful Countryside for those who enjoy a walk and appreciate nature
