New property offering room

Brought a new home in Hempsted Village.

Perfect travel links by train and/or car.
Electric car charging point to drive ( extra charge for this) 5 minutes walk to Sainsbury and 15 minute to the Quays and 20 minutes to the train station and hospital. Fantastic Uber costs and quick collecting from home. Great bus links too.

I work from home but no problem using facilities, especially if you like gardening 😉
Bedroom is more of a king but double bed in it. Brand new Emma mattress brought and not slept on.

With the room, it has a separate main bathroom with a fully fitted shower along with bath and toilet. I have my own en suite and there is a wc on the ground floor.

There is a large kitchen and seating for four around a circular table.

Must be of accepting gay people or gay themselves. I’m a single gay man so it wouldn’t suit someone who wasn’t accepting of a gay man. Council tax and water is included but shared electricity currently stands at £70 per month. Two people sharing should be around £45 a month.

That said, all my mates are straight! Just to note, I will be residing at the house. It was built in 2026 and everything is brand new.
