Room will be cleaned and new mattress provided prior to moving in.
One of the rooms is occupied by a professional male, trustworthy and quiet. Here for 3 months whilst working in the area.
My brother lives next door in the annex and has use of the kitchen in the main house. He is also available should he be needed. There is a dining room and kitchen for use whilst preparing meals and eating.
1 shared bathroom.
There is parking outside the house.
Deposit required of £550 and £550 per month (in advance)
