I am looking to rent out 2 rooms in a spacious 2 bed newly built apartment in Longford (1st floor)

There is one parking space which is shared but other off-site parking near by is available. (Won’t be stuck for a space)

There is also 1 en-suite and 1 main bathroom with a bath and shower.

A lovely and spacious open plan living room/kitchen fully integrated with appliances and everything you need. Kitchen fully furnished with a cooker, double fridge freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Plenty of cupboard space.

Two hallway cupboards one for storage and the other converted into a wardrobe for extra space for clothes and shoes.

Room is also furnished but if wanting to bring own furniture that can be arranged :)

Cost for moving in would be 1 months rent payable up front + one months rent as a secured deposit. Deposit to be secured with the tenancy deposit scheme in line with government law and regulations. Bills not included in the price but full breakdown of rough costings can be provided.

Bus station a 2 minute walk with easy links into Gloucester or Cheltenham. Coop also a 2 minute walk away for those who don’t drive but needing a supermarket handy.

As a landlord safety is really important to me as well as providing a friendly clean and happy place to live in. I want to make moving in and renting as easy as possible.
