Hi! I’ve got a lovely furnished double room available in a peaceful home in Longford, Gloucester.

→ I keep the other bedroom on this floor and stay here occasionally (usually around 1-2 nights per month), so the bathroom is only shared when I’m back

Who You’ll Be Living With
Your main housemate will be Lavesh, 30, who works as an aerospace engineer. He’s friendly and easygoing and has the top floor of the house, including his own bedroom and bathroom, so you’ll both have plenty of your own space while sharing the kitchen and living areas downstairs.

I’m Sam, 29, and own the house. I run a small business in Gloucester but now spend most of my time in Bristol for work, returning to Gloucester occasionally. I keep my own bedroom here, so I’m still around from time to time rather than being a completely absent landlord.

The house is quiet, friendly and relaxed. It would suit someone who likes having their own space but is also happy sharing the kitchen and living areas and having the occasional chat.
