Double room in cosy house with friendly dog

You'd be living with me and my spaniel, Pablo, who has no respect for personal space so you'd need to be comfortable with a cuddly attention seeking dog.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished. There is currently a single bed and a desk in there, but I have a double bed and chest of drawers in the garage if you wanted to swap things around.

There's a bathroom which we'd be sharing, and downstairs is a lounge diner and a kitchen. There's no separate room downstairs so im looking for someone who is happy to be sociable.

I work from home 2 days a week, will often be out visiting friends and family, or on a dog walk. Im at the gym or out running a few times a week and in the evenings like to chill with a bit of tv after a long dog walk.
