We are offering the chance to share a beautiful well appointed house, on offer is a large double bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) to share the large house with current lodger the house has a large dining room, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, outside space comprises of large courtyard garden with shed, there is also a downstairs WC. Ideally we seek proffessional person with references, there is on road parking available or a permit can be purchased from the local council, the village offers an array of local shops/ takeaways and local services with the doctors in easy walking distance of the house, the rental price per month does not include bills. we have plenty more information about the house on application.
