You would have full access to the living room, kitchen and outside garden patio area. Whilst there is no garage there is allocated parking at the back of the property.

Moreton-in-Marsh train station and town centre is only 6-8 mins away via a lovely walk through a local park.

I am looking for a respectful, tidy and considerate lodger who will appreciate a clean and peaceful home environment.

Having similar interests would be a bonus, though of course, it isn't essential at all.

I will require references from 2 past landlords, passport and a UK Bank/Building Society.
