2 double rooms

I have a 2 double size rooms to rent in a 3 bedroom house in the centre of Nailsworth. You will be sharing with myself.

The rooms have joint use of bathroom, kitchen (own cupboard & separatefridge freezer), living room, downstairs cloakroom & large South facing garden. Ideally looking for someone for long term.

I'm looking for reliable professionals, non smokers who are clean and tidy.

Rent is £600.00 per calendar month per room (all bills included) due on the 1st of each month. Minimum of 6 months stay. Available from 1st August.

There is an opportunity if you wanted to rent both rooms and use one as your bedroom and other one as your own private living room like my current tenant does. Price to be discussed.

2 references required. 1 being from current employer & current Landlord.

First months rent and deposit of £600.00 due before occupancy.

I am very easy going and enjoy a peaceful relaxed home. On the weekends I do dance practice with my dance partner, so will need the living room for an hour or 2 on the weekends and occasional evening in the week if we are teaching.
I work from home 4 days a week. I go to the gym most evenings and I do a bit of pilates & yoga.
