We are looking for a professional person aged between 30 - 58 who goes out to work full time.

Not suitable for shift workers (6-2, 2-10)/ night shift workers, or home workers, Sorry - due to the current housemates working hours and our insurance.

The room has a double bed, all new bedding is provided to the person moving in. The room has a built in walk in wardrobe which has shelving. A freestanding double doored wardrobe, a chest of drawers and 2 bedside table. The room has fabulous views across the Newmarket Valley in Nailsworth. There is a brand new 32 inch Samsing smart TV in the room on a wall mount.

The kitchen has all the bits you need and there is a dining room area if you want to eat at a table. We have two sitting rooms, one upstairs, one downstairs, as the house is upside down. Both have TV's, SkyQ, and dvd / internet.

We don't expect the person renting to stay in their room........it's going to be your home too !

You have shared use of a fabulous bathroom with a bath and an awesome power shower. The current lodgers are "very" clean and tidy, making it a lovely place to share. We provide all toilet rolls, washing powder / fabric conditioner, cleaning products etc

We do have a dog - the breed does not moult / shed hair.

There is a garden with patio table and chairs plus a hot tub :) to the rear of the property with stunning views. We have a gazebo covered area decking area at the front of the house with rattan furniture and log burner.

We are looking for someone who is very tidy and courteous, pays their rent on time, and is as sociable as they want to be.

Parking is on street parking.

The house is 5 minutes walk from the centre of Nailsworth which has an array of shops, Pubs and restaurants. It also has a half hourly bus service to Stroud and surrounding areas (Stroud - 4 miles has hourly mainline trains to London etc) Easy distance to Stroud 10mins, Cirencester 25 mins, Stonehouse 10-15mins, Cheltenham 30-45mins, Gloucester 30-45mins
