Recently decorated double room in Oldland Common. Shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom downstairs loo. Large size garden and parking on road/ drive and EV charger on drive (billable) 1 double and 1 single spare bedrooms for pre arranged guest etc. Large garage for additional storage bikes etc. Bills/ internet included. 2 mins walk to bus stop and with busses to Bristol and Bath. 2mins bike ride to get to the Bath Bristol cycle path.
I’m easy going, love pottering in the kitchen, camping and going out. Have a decent group of friends and sometime have family stay. As a heads up, I am gay so just to be aware! Had a few comments about girl’s boyfriends not being comfortable…. I really shouldn’t have to explain myself but there you go :) Not much I can do or have to do about that.
Ideally I’m after a professional person, standard office hours (aka no night workers), room is for one person and no pets (allergies sorry) love to have some 35 - 55 so may have somethings in common. Mon to Friday 550 full time 600 full time wfh 625
