I’m looking for a professional lodger to share my home in North Bristol.

The house is clean, quiet and well-maintained, with a relaxed atmosphere. It’s very much a home rather than a party house, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful, considerate and happy living in a calm environment.

The room would suit a working professional, particularly someone who works primarily on-site rather than from home. I work a mix of office and home-based days myself, so I’m keen to keep the house feeling spacious and balanced during the working week.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who:

* Is employed full-time
* Is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
* Values a peaceful home environment
* Is independent and has their own interests and social life
* Is looking for a home rather than just somewhere to sleep

Weekday-only arrangements may also be considered for the right person.

A bit about me: I’m a professional working in project management. Outside of work I enjoy yoga, swimming, walking, gardening and generally keeping a calm, welcoming home.
