Hi, I am an active live in landlady with a spare room ready and waiting.... female preferred. You will have sole use of the family bathroom. There are all the usual facilities, including oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher.
The room is single with a large fitted wardrobe and chests of drawers. You can use the dining table to work from sometimes. I have sky TV, netflix and amazon prime, on the lounge TV. Good broadband fast fibre, 80mbps. Bills are included.
If you have a bike you can store it in the garage. I have a garden for relaxing and growing veggies in.
You need to be independent because I am out of the house most nights doing my various hobbies.
