Double room available North Bristol

Hi, we have a very modern 4 bed house in Charlton Hayes area that we have a room free from beginning of July. Ollie and I (Tom) of us are very chilled out engineers (not a phrase you hear often) and Leoni works in TV production.
Ive been living here for 4 years with Ollie and Leoni 2 years. We are quite a chatty house and occasionally have friends over to stay or a pub trip out when we are not crazily busy and manage to actually organise it.

We have one double room available on our joint contact which shares a bathroom with 1 other room. The house is very modern, and we’ve had no troubles with it going wrong and keep it clean and its all at a very good standard. The room itself will be un-furnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. Although we are quite far out of central Bristol, we have relatively good bus links into the centre and other areas (m1, 75, Y6, m4) and loads of parking if you have a car. We have a Lidl 2 mins walk away, and Asda and Cribbs about 20. The cost of the rooms would be £570 per month, + bills which generally are around £120 for everything.
Our currently landlord is absolutely amazing, and extremely helpful if we ever have any problems with the house. Leoni works from home and Ollie and I are in work 4 days a week normally. Let us know if you have any questions!
