The house is part of a brand new estate, clean, quiet and well maintained. It’s a great location for professionals working nearby, especially Airbus, Rolls-Royce, GKN or Aztec West.

Room 1 – Bright Double Room (£800)

A bright and spacious double room, the second largest bedroom in the house.

The room feels very spacious thanks to high ceilings (around 4 metres) and a large floor-to-ceiling balcony window, which brings in plenty of natural light.

Room 2 – Cozy Single Room (£650)

A small, cosy single room, fully furnished with:

• Non-smoker
• Clean and respectful
• Easygoing and responsible
• Looking for a peaceful home rather than a party house

No pets please.
Occasional guests are fine, but this is not suitable for couples.

Rent

Double room – £800 per month (bills included)
Single room – £650 per month (bills included)

Deposit – 1 month rent

Minimum stay 6 months.

Rooms are available under a lodger agreement.
