Large double room, short/long term (dogs welcome!)

Hey all!
I have a double room available in my house in Patchway coming up, £700pcm. We are close to to Cribbs Causeway and have good bus links around, close to M4/M5 junction and the bus to centre is probably 35-40 mins. We have lots of great walks nearby too, if you walk a few mins you can be over the otherside of the M5 and into the countryside!

The room is a huge double, fully furnished with bed, built in triple wardrode, large desk and dressing table. We have a shared kitchen with lots of cupboard space and a seperate living/dining area, lovely little garden which is fully enclosed (and suitable for dogs).

I am a live in landlord, 38 and a teacher, other tenant is 34 and a cyber security programmer. He is work from home 3 days a week and I work term times only. We keep to ourselves mostly, but we get along very well, and hang out/cook on occasion.

We are both pretty tidy and share the space well. We like shared areas to be clean as possible. He is a vegetarian and I am pretty much veggie, (on odd occasion I eat meat), so we ask any propesctive tenant to respect that shared spaces should be raw-meat free (and/or suitably contained in the fridge and areas cleaned up etc) as much as possible.
