I live in a 4 bed property with living room, kitching garden, walkable distance to Cribbs, Patchway Train station and great bus links in to City Center.
I have kids that do come stay with me one of which is a girl hence why my preference would be for female renters.
I would also like to have a short term longer of a few months but open to longer for the right match. Any questions, let me know. Bathroom isn't technically enauite, but majority of the time it will be solely used by you.
