Hi! I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy at The Propeller Quarter in Bristol. It’s a modern, fully furnished ensuite room with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen/living area. All bills and high-speed Wi-Fi are included, making it a convenient option for students. The tenancy runs from 12 September 2026 to 17 July 2027, with a total contract value of £7,480.
