1 double room in 3 floor house in Patchway

THE HOUSE:
We have 1 small double room available to rent in a 4 bedroom house in patchway (charlton hayes) The house has 3 floors with 2 bedrooms on the top floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor with the main bathroom and a really good sized kitchen and living room downstairs with another toilet and also a small garden! We also have a garage behind our garden that is currently used for storage.
The house is also furnished so the bedroom will come with a double bed and the living room sofa and TV does actually belong to the landlords (who btw are pretty lovely and proactive whenever any problems arise)

We are currently a house of 6 professionals living together (2 couples 2 singles) however 1 couple is moving out so will be 2 singles and 1 couple with space for someone else to take another room. We are a pretty chill household and are all respectful of each other and the space we share so looking for someone who is the same!
Nadine 26/F & Louis 27/M sharing the top floor bigger room w ensuite- we both work in a tapas bar in clifton, we love to cook so sometimes we might come home after work at midnight and cook a hefty meal but apart from that are both pretty chill and do tend to spend alot of time chilling, making music, gaming or doing something creative!
Jen 25/F, The smaller top room floor, Working as a barber in stokes croft with mondays and tuesdays off. Not actually at home all too often as she works long days and her girlfriend’s house is closer to her job! When she is home, shes super easy to chat to, very clean and tidy and will most of the time (when she is home) be chilling watching a movie or something!
Tom 31/M Has the biggest room in the house, Self employed music teacher, with occasional part time work elsewhere. Drinks alot of tea and eats alot of pizza! Most the time you will catch Tom in his room teaching, or creating content for his job.

We do also have 2 local kitties that love to come and say hello and treat our house as their own😂 We call them freddie and teddy so if you were to move in be prepared for many cat cuddles without the responsibility of feeding them(unless you have any ham leftovers!)
Its a very cute area to live in with a sainsburies, lidl, spar and asian supermarket all within a 10 minute walk. transport links include the M1, the 75 and Y6 right next to us!
