I'm Cam and I'm looking for a flatmate for a good size room available in Patchway. The room is in a ground floor 1950’s maisonette, Council Tax Band A. The flat is away from the main roads.

The room is a good size, and has a new double bed and wardrobe.

• Off-road parking (2 spaces, I use one)
• Gate to the back garden with a shed for storage

• Basic equipped kitchen
• Shared living space with a sofa and a desk where I will be doing my painting.
• Really good location for motorways (M4 & M5) and into central Bristol, as well as for Filton, including: Airbus, Rolls Royce, MOD, UWE etc.
• Good access to the countryside if you like walking, cycling etc.

I am a professional, working in Health and Social Care in Thornbury so I don't really work from home.

I like to keep a clean and tidy house, like cooking, into museums, arts, film, and the occasional drink (gin mostly). I like swimming and do this 3 or 4 times a week and also like hiking.
