Female Lodger Wanted – Large King-Size Room, Bills

Friendly household looking for a professional woman to rent a large, fully furnished room with a king-size bed and plenty of storage. All bills are included, along with fast Wi-Fi. There is shared use of the kitchen and bathroom, with a separate downstairs toilet. You’ll also have use of the lounge by prior arrangement and a lovely sunny garden to enjoy.
Visitors are welcome, with overnight stays limited to once a week. On-street parking is available and there are regular transport links nearby.

Bristol city centre is around 30 minutes by bus, or 10-minutes from Patchway train station. A new train station will also be opening around November at the Brabazon new development. Sainsbury’s Local is a 5-minute walk, Aldi around 15 minutes walk, Cribbs Causeway Mall around 15 minutes walk, and UWE is approximately 20 minutes by bus.

A little about me
I’m easy-going and enjoy arty and creative things, gigs and travelling. I work from home up to 4 days a week, but never at weekends.

Who I’m looking for:
Ideally, I’m looking for a professional woman, preferably 30+, and a non-smoker. As I work from home myself, I’m looking for someone who works away from home rather than someone who works from home. Someone respectful who is happy to help keep the house clean and tidy, has their own life and enjoys their own space, but is also happy to socialise occasionally. Most importantly, I’d like someone easy-going and considerate who is looking for a relaxed, drama-free home.
