Double bedroom for rent with parking

I am a 32 year old female looking for another housemate to share my friendly house. I am looking for a housemate who is professional, respectful, social and friendly. I would like to have people who I can spend time with at home and outside at a restaurant, pub, outdoor sports, gym or other activities. I am an outgoing person but also like my own space, so would like to meet likeminded people.

I work full time for the NHS and have weekends off. I have a friendly outdoor cat who lives with me and will have the occasional doggy visitor (my boyfriend’s puppy - she is crate trained over night!)

The house is around 6 minute drive to town and a 5 minute walk to sainsburys, good parking outside house.

Room is partially furnished (has a bed) happy for you to bring your own furniture or I can provide this. I have my own Ensuite so 2 bathrooms both with showers, toilets and sinks in situ. will be shared between 2-3 housemates.

It’s a downstairs bedroom which has a bathroom on its own. Only shared during the day.

I have a large newly installed kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and a large American fridge freezer. There is also a dining room and living area space.

Prefer housemates to not be WFH and no couples sorry!

My housemates currently are one male one female we’re all really close and like to go out for meals, have takeaways and spend time relaxing at the house together! Hoping we can find another likeminded person!
