Hi, I am the owner/Landlord , i looking for a not complicated people, clean and very friendly. House is very high standard clean, quiet and balanced. course with full-time employment, DBS- preferred, but not necessarily. References of the previous Landlord Preferred.

Location-Quedgeley-M5-5 min ,Town (Gloucester 10 min) a car , Tesco 10 min walk, Lidl 10 min walk Bus-stop - 3 Min walk

i have a beautiful 4 year old Boxer who is very friendly and well behaved.

i cannot accept any other cats/dogs due to this - small animals/rabbits/fish tanks considered.

upstairs bathroom that is shared with one other tenant


Large shared living area with a 5 seater sofa, 75 inch TV including Netflix,

A fully equipped kitchen/diner with a 4 seat dining table and a fridge/freezer.

All bills included. House is full Protect, CCTV Parking space, and around the house
