Room to Let in Relaxed Leftie Rodborough

I have a small double room to rent in my lovely home / house (not sure why ad says flat- it is a detached house) in Rodborough. You will have your own shower room with basin. There are two toilets in the property.
There is a large kitchen with a table to eat and hang out. I do not own a dishwasher.
There is a balcony, garden and raised seating area that catches the sun. The house is very near The Clothiers pub and the shop and Indian take away. The train station and town centre are a 10-minute walk.
My ideal lodger is someone who does not work from home and is out 9-5 and likes their own company. You are welcome to have friends and guests round but I would welcome someone clean, tidy and respectful. I work in a job where I do a lot of communicating and by the end of the day I want to curl up in my lounge and not be socialising. I am a friendly easy going person who is happy to chat and share stories in the kitchen but do need my space in the evenings. If this sounds like your kind of vibe – get in contact.
