Hi, I’m looking for a housemate to move into the house I’m buying (completion 1st September). The house has parking and an enclosed garden. The room is a double and the bathroom will be shared with a maximum of one other person. The house is modern, warm and in great condition.
I’m hoping to find someone who is sociable but also likes to do their own thing.
One small dog would be considered as long as friendly and clean. No cats because I have a whippet.
