I have a furnished double room (loads of storage) and own-use bathroom to rent to a professional single person in my home at Great Oldbury. In a quiet location, it is near Stroud/Stonehouse and approximately 20 minutes drive to both Cheltenham and Gloucester. It is also near cycle and bus routes.
Broadband facilities are excellent, there is a small garden and patio and free on street parking.

There will only be two of us, so this rental will appeal to someone who is happy to share with a live-in landlady. We would be sharing a kitchen/diner and some use of the sitting room. I like a bit of a chat and to socialise, but also like my own space and I wholly understand this may be the case for you too.

Rent includes gas/electricity, council tax, water, broadband. There is a lockable space for bikes.
