2 Double Rooms with box rooms available

Hi! I’m looking for two new housemates to join the house since my lovely friends are leaving for better pastures (travelling & moving home). The house currently has a creative, easy going atmosphere with space to socialise or have time to yourself. We enjoy having friends over as well as doing our own thing, and love a debrief over a cuppa or doing some crafts in the living room. I’m looking for some new folks who have a similar vibe and obviously are tidy/respectful. The house is LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent friendly.

About me:
I’m Victoria, 31, a charity worker and workshop artist. I love going to queer events, dancing, nature, music, djing, yoga, crafting, festivals, community etc and I'm often back and forth to Bristol.

Info about the house:
The house is on 3 floors, with 2 double rooms, a box room and a bathroom on the first floor, and another box room and my room on the second floor (I have an en suite so only 2 people will share the bathroom). So technically there’s 4 rooms available for 2 people to use as bedrooms & office/studio.
There’s a nice big communal living space that opens up to a small garden and good sized kitchen with storage and downstairs loo. We can paint the walls so you're free to decorate how you want.
Great location, close to town and 2 minute walk from stratford park.
We do have a dog that visits part time, so we can’t accept other pets unfortunately.

Rent £533.33 plus bills (approx £100pp for wifi, water, gas/electric)
