Double Room with studio/office room available

We are looking for a new housemate to join the house. The house currently has a friendly, sociable, easy going atmosphere with space to socialise or have time to yourself. We enjoy having friends over as well as doing our own thing, and love a debrief over a cuppa or dinner, or doing some crafts/watching a series in the living room. We're looking for someone who has a similar vibe and obviously are clean & tidy. We want the house to feel like home. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent friendly (we are both queer and ADHD/Autistic). We would prefer women/non binary/trans folks (sorry!).

About us:
Victoria, 32. I'm a community producer for The Roses Theatre, a DJ, life model and workshop artist. I love going to queer events, dancing, nature, music, yoga, crafting, festivals, community etc and I'm often back and forth to Bristol as my GF lives there.

Ellen, 29. Vaccinates badgers for a living! Loves nature, travelling, adventures, creativity, a good pot of tea. Always up for fun plans as well as chilled evenings and great chats.

🐕We do have a dog that is here regularly but not always, so you have to be ok with doggos (and the hair they might leave behind).

Info about the house:
The house is on 3 floors, with 2 double rooms, a box room and a bathroom on the first floor, and another box room and my room on the second floor (I have an en suite so only 2 people will share the bathroom).

There’s a nice big communal living space that opens up to a small garden and good sized kitchen with storage and downstairs loo. We can paint the walls so you're free to decorate how you want.
