Single Room to rent £495

I have a spare single room to rent in Ebley, Stroud. The house has parking and off street parking available, a large lounge/ dinner and office area.

The kitchen has new cooker, washing machine and fridge.

The bathroom was put in a few years ago but it has been freshly painted and new carpets & flooring out throughout.

There is a large garden and lots of countryside walks through fields and vineyards close by.

There is plenty of restaurants and several takeaways located within walking distance or more in Stroud & stonehouse which are both 5 minute drives away.

The motorway is 10 minutes away and there are plenty of supermarkets around.

I do have a very chilled Siberian husky who lives with me for the majority of the week.

I am normally out of the house between 6am until 8pm most days. I can buy a new oak double wardrobe but there is a built in wardrobe in another room which is not used and has an additional chest of drawers in it. The room can be moved around however you want it.

The price includes all bills bar food and £500 deposit up front. I will provide a contract where you will be required to provide 30 days notice, which works both ways for both parties.
