I'm going travelling for 4 months and I'm subletting my room.

We're seeking a third housemate to join a calm, creative, queer-friendly household on the edge of Stroud town, with two women aged 25 and 33.

We eat meat and are open to all kinds of dietary preferences.

The house is a Victorian semi-detached with lots of light, space and a small terraced back garden and yard. It’s a 5-minute walk into town and a 10-minute walk to the Stroud train station.

We have a relaxed, natural approach to hanging out together, and we also respect space and individual flow.

The available room is a medium double at the front of the house, the second-largest bedroom. Available furnished only.

We value considerate and clear communication, respect for differences, and keeping the space clean and nurtured.

Rent is £550pc, not including bills which are around £164

The room is available from 1st December.

Minimum contract - 4 months.
