Double bedroom own bathroom and share of great qui

Its a 3 double bedroom terraced house with garage /drive front and rear (private enclosed garden ,conservatory 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms kitchen hallway lounge .Plenty of room for your own space .Non smoker of any kind including vape anywhere on the property including outside .No pets no visiting guests to property obviously thats no overnight stay overs ever .Stricly for a single occupency as landlord will be there as and when .The place is kept in good order ,kitchen, clean bathrooms, outside ect and i wouldnt except if it wasnt .So you will be sharing space with owner of the house who likes a peaceful life and respects the neighbours especially regards to noise. Im often away to so you will have house entirely to yourself for periods so a large level of trust must be in place !!Obviously i can have my daughter neighbour initially to check but if the right person in place then no issues!! Any breach of the overnight stays visitors pets or noise will terminate all rights and immediate vacation of property .security door bell ring will also be inplace for all our security
