Bright and airy ensuite room

I have available an ensuite double room on the top floor of a modern semi-detached house close to Stroud College and Stratford Park. The room is self contained with its own staircase. I will be adding a TV and some storage in the shower room before anyone moves in.
There is a shared living room, kitchen and small garden and there is storage available in the garage, e. g. for a bicycle. The kitchen has cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher and there is a chest freezer in the garage for shared use. Parking is on street.
The rent includes all bills, superfast broadband and fortnightly cleaning of the room, ensuite and communal spaces. Although smoking is not allowed in the house you may smoke outside.
I am pretty quiet but happy to share the occasional pizza in front of the TV. I am looking for someone who is preferably out at work all week, but it would be ok if you are WFH for a maximum of two days a week.
