Very large sunny double room with Views

Large sunny double room upstairs with views, in a cosy modern house, 10 mins walk to the most gorgeous nature - woods, stream, mini waterfalls, 10 mins to thriving community centre, 20 - 25 mins walk to Stroud centre and the train station (please note, the house is up a hill from town, so if you have any mobility issues and no car, then this place is not suitable for you).

Room has double bed, sofa, desk, plenty of storage/shelving, big walk-in wardrobe.

Atm sharing kitchen, bathroom and garden with me (self-employed dance/health practitioner working from home, often in the daytime). So would prefer someone who works out of the house, and is quite self-sufficient and independent. I am either in a lot or away at times.

Very easy parking outside. House is quiet and peaceful, if you like your own space, but I can also be sociable! However, generally its a very quiet house, and I'm looking for someone responsible and trustworthy if I am away. Definitely not a party house!

Would also like someone who is respectful and cleans and tidies up after herself! That said I like to think I'm pretty easy going!

PS I have indicated that I would consider lets of less than 3 months, however, the rate for that will be slightly different to the above monthly rate.
