-Superfast broadband.
-All bills (subject to reasonable use).
- 1 hour per week cleaning of shared areas.


You will be sharing the very private and quiet second floor space with one professional female in her 50's. The rest of the house is a family home. Andy and I are in our late 50's and have 4 adult children in their 20's/early 30s. Only one daughter lives at home now.

Pets & Animals 🐕🐓🦙

We have a very friendly Westie and a Rough Collie but they don't have access to your accommodation or the shared staircase. Your rooms are pet free.

Outside, we have some bantam hens and alpaca and try to grow at least some of our own vegetables! 🥒 🍆

Home "culture" 🏡

The ideal lodger will enjoy the peace of this special home and its rural surroundings and be tidy and respectful. We are friendly and welcoming but not a party house.

We enjoy the occasional shared film, chats over a cuppa about anything from the meaning of life and politics to films and music and can be persuaded to the occasional board game.

Although lodgers tend to cook independently we do enjoy sharing a meal together from time to time when it suits everyone.

We do not permit lodgers to host visitors or stayovers so you can be assured of a quiet and peaceful enjoyment of your shared living space.
