The annex forms part of a larger five-bedroom property occupied by myself, my friend Marta, and my very friendly dog. While the annex has its own entrance and living facilities, there is an internal connecting door to the main house. The setup offers a great balance of privacy and a friendly household atmosphere.
The annex is shared with one other professional female tenant who is quiet, respectful, and easy to live with.
We are a relaxed, considerate household and all get along well. This room would ideally suit a clean, tidy, and respectful professional looking for a peaceful place to unwind after work.
Dog lovers would be particularly welcome, as you will inevitably bump into my friendly four-legged companion from time to time.
