Room in Brimscombe

Not a big room but a sweet room . Occasionally friends stay in the house, a poet/artist stays once every 6 weeks, occasionally others for a couple of nights.
Living room has wood burner.
Row of cottages five minutes walk from the Long Table and the Ship Inn .
A cleaner comes once a week
Room is at back of the house above kitchen .
Out front is a bench with a view
Back yard with another bench
Sit in kitchen table
Good neighbours
Short term is initial due to a possible move but the end date could extend as that may take longer
Looking for professional independent female lodger .
You'll need a car.
Won't suit someone with masses of stuff as storage is not huge in bedroom or kitchen . Currently a double bed and a big working table but that can be changed for a chest of drawers.
Would suit someone settling in the area rather than a permanent home.

Would also work for someone who only wants a few nights a week or is also sometimes away but that's not a requirement as the house likes to be lived in
