There are two rooms available,

Room 1 : Ground floor (has access to own shower/toilet/sink) Single bed in the room. (£150 negotiable)
Room 2 : First Floor, double bed in the room. A recently decorated room with share facilities with one other female tenant. (£130 negotiable)

The house is in Uckington close to bus stops serving Cheltenham and Tewkesbury. 10 minutes walk to Gallagher retail park.
We are looking for a responsible mature person who is clean and respectful and hygienic.

Both rooms are furnished with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also a separate shower and toilet shared with the rest of the house.
There is a large front and back garden and plenty of parking on the gated drive. A small amount of storage space is available in the double garage. There is large well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob, plenty of cupboard space, toaster and kettle etc. A washing machine is located in the utility cupboard.
The house is on 42 bus route between Cheltenham and Tewkesbury. Nearby is the Kingsditch retail park which has a Sainsbury's, Boots, Matalan amongst others. There is also a gym nearby. The detached house is located in countryside but has good links to the M5, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury.
The household is warm and welcoming and friendly but respect privacy.

The rooms are available on Monday to Friday or all week and the rate is negotiable.
This is not a professional house share but a spare room in a family household and therefore no overnight visitors and no smoking even in the garden.
