We’ve had a lot of messages from people wanting 7 days a week and close to Bristol or Bath. Please be aware that we are strictly only seeking someone 5 nights a week and we are 10 miles from Bristol and 5 miles from Bath. We’re not suitable for people working in those location.

We’re Mat & Chris, married couple, busy professionals who own a film studio in Bristol.

We have a lovely double room with en-suite in our 4 bed house in Wick.

The room comes complete a luxury OTTY double mattress, electric blanket and Alexa to help you control lights and more as well as enjoy music or relaxing sleep sounds.
You also have your own TV with access to over 1500 movies and tons of TV shows and more to make sure you have plenty of entertainment.

Space
Ours is a cozy semi-detached in a four-house cul-de-sac with garden area, which is lovely in the summer months. We're gadget mad, so the house is a Smart House with all manner of voice controlled things like lighting and heat. There's a spacious and well-equipped kitchen for you to cook in. You can use the washing/dryer if staying for extended periods. We have 200MB Broadband and good solid guest wifi connection should you need to do any work during your stay.

The cul-de-sac is located at the end of a private driveway.

Description
A BP garage and shop are within very easy walking distance and A Premiere store is just 0.7 miles away with a large Asda at the Longwell Green shopping park just a 10 minute drive up the road. We're also just a stone's throw from the A420 taking to you Bath, Bristol, Chippenham and M4 easily.
There is limited parking in tne cul-de-sac, but plenty of parking just outside the lane.

Chris sometimes works from home and we're happy to have folks join us in the living room of an evening to be sociable, but we're equally happy if you just want to chill in your room with a movie..

Neighborhood overview
lovely, quiet cul-de-sac tucked away from the main road, nice neighbours - including my own cousins - who socialise (when allowed) - especially in the summer. Close to nice pubs and the Golden Valley Nature Reserve

Getting around
It definitely Helps if you drive though there are busses. If you need to get anywhere while you're here, there are shops within easy walking distance, but we'll be happy to lend you a bike if you wanna cycle up to Premiere.

Other things to note
So, yes, we're a (normal, boring and married) same-sex couple and we tell you this openly as you don't like surprises and neither do we. We're not 'scene' people at all, not 'in your face' types. Not politically militant at all..

Strictly only 5 nights Monday - Friday to give us weekends. It would really someone working through the week at Cemex or one of the other local companies.
