Orchard house

The house is located in southwoodchester between selsley common and the old fleece pub (both walking distance). There's access to the bus stop and the cycle track running through woodchester. The room is mostly furnished, there's a bed, wardobe. The room also has a large cupboard/ walk in wardobe kind of thing. We share a beautiful home with friendly and respectable tenants. We have a drive way so plenty of parking. Shared living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Huge garden with a greenhouse, pond, lots of growing space, tree house and chickens. We are ideally looking for someone of the ages 30 to 40, working professional. Someone social to be inbthe house but also respectful of space, cleanliness and wanting to help in the maintain the house and garden as part of our tennancy.. that's a must 👌 the garage isn't used for cars but a small amount of room for storage.
