Single Room with Double Bed in Large Friendly Home

Kerry- Has lodged with me for about three years now.

Me (Alec) - Work full time and generally busy life. Into music and cooking.

Petra our other housemate leaves in September to return to her homeland.

The room on offer has a double bed, wardrobe and a set of draws,

Please note that if you smoke, you can do so outside (ash bin provided), but inside the house there is a strict no smoking policy. If you are non-smoker you should be more than happy here as well. Just trying to make if fair for everybody.

There is plenty of on street parking and two car parks both 5 mins walk away.

Wotton Under Edge is a beautiful rural town just off Junction 14 of the M5, just 25 minutes North of Bristol and 30 minutes south of Gloucester.

Wotton has a thriving community with plenty going on, including cinema, regular live music in the local pubs, Jazz and Blues Jam sessions once a month, Arts Centre and even has a weekend Blues festival once a year. There is plenty more going on, but too much to list here.

The town has managed to maintain a host of independent shops for most of your needs and all within 5 minutes walking distance from our home. There is a CooP and a small Tesco too should you need them. There are four local pubs, two of which do really good food and they are all very friendly. If you like your countryside there are plenty of great walks close by and the Cotswold way is just 1 minute walk from our home.
