A furnished, double-size room (for single occupancy, not a couple) in a renovated flat with refurbished kitchen and bathroom.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, built in cupboard, set of drawers and a laptop desk and chair.

You are welcome to enjoy the lounge/dining area, as this will be your home from home from Mon – Fri.

The flat is on the ground floor. It is light and airy and rooms are bigger than new builds as it was built in the 70s.

The flat is well situated in Yate. It is only 1 mile from the center with all the shops, coffee shops, restaurants and leisure centre which has a 25 meter indoor pool.

Yate is well serviced with stores which include a Tesco Superstore, Morrisons, ALDI, LIDL , M&S Food, Iceland and a Waitrose in the nearby market town of Chipping Sodbury.

In spite of being central, the setting it is very quiet, with no road noise and in an area with plenty of greenery and walk ways. The flats benefit from communal gardens.

The flat is a 20 minute walk or less than
2 miles drive from the Yate train station, the area is well serviced with buses into central Bristol and there are several bus stops within 5 mins walk. If you like cycling to work, there is a garage to store your bicycle.

Yate is a commuter town 12 miles from Bristol City and is within good travelling time to Filton, Bradley Stoke and Patchway and a 12 mile drive to Bath. It is 6 miles from the M4 motorway.
