Two double bedrooms in leafy area in lovely small modern eco home

Hi i’m an Aussie with two double bedrooms, one at the rear and one at the front of a three bed home. Room 1 is overlooking the back garden. Room 2 overlook the front pathway and greenery.. The home is only eight years old. Plenty of street parking available. The home is situated down the road from two lovely local pubs. Also located just a block away from the train station with direct trains to Bristol and MoDs abbey wood. The room has a good sized double bed with large wardrobe. No TV unfortunately.

The property is just a short walk to both Yate and Chipping Sodbury’s centres where you will find great cafés restaurants shopping and supermarkets.

I prefer a female as i find them quieter, cleaner and just find i get along with women better. I’d much prefer a vegetarian too as i am. Most of the time i am at my girlfriends house (generally two days a week i’m home, except to get a few things) although i do come home to work nowadays.
