We have a great room to rent in a lovely 3 bed home in Yate.

Rent includes bills (Inc. Internet/WiFi).

Looking for a professional, non-smoking, clean and conscientious person. Happy to welcome full time or Mon - Fri tennents. Ideally looking for someone long term so student term time lets are not what we are after, sorry.

We are early 40s professional m/f couple, hobbies are outdoor activities (kayaking and climbing mainly).

The home is easy going and friendly.
The room comes with a double size bed with bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and TV.
The room is light and spacious.

You will have full use of the modern fully fitted kitchen (Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, hob and crockery, cookware, utensils etc), shower/toilet, gardens and living room.
On street car parking is available.

The property is 2 minutes walk to the local shops and only a few minutes more to the main Yate shopping centre with supermarkets, doctors, minor injury unit, leisure centre, library and bus station. If you drive this is an excellent location for M4/M5, Bristol/Bath/Gloucester/South Wales etc. It’s a 10 minute walk to Yate railway station or the Park and Ride; convenient for commuting to Bristol area i. e. MOD Abbey Wood (12min train journey), UWE and Central Bristol. There is a bus stop and postbox on the street.

Minimum rental period 6 months (renewable).
Rental payments are month in advance by bank transfer.

1 month rent £600 and Deposit £600 required in advance.
