Large furnished double bedroom available immediately in a modern, clean and quiet home, with almost exclusive use of the main bathroom. I have my own en-suite and only use the main bathroom occasionally for a bath.

Located on Ladden Garden Village in Yate, which has great bus links into Yate town centre and Bristol city centre. 10 minute drive from Yate train station too. 30 minutes drive from Filton, where Airbus, Rolls Royce etc are based.

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with Smart TV, garden and off-road parking.

All bills are included, and the property will be professionally cleaned every fortnight.

I work in the office most weekdays, with occasional days working from home. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full time, I’m happy to discuss an agreement if it’s part time and it’s a good fit otherwise.

It’s only me in the house, working full time. In my spare time I enjoy climbing, gym and boardgames.

I’m looking for a tenant who is clean, considerate and respectful of a quiet home. The property is non-smoking, and unfortunately isn’t suitable for couples or pets.
