Double Room to Rent in Yate

There is a double room available in my house and I'm looking for someone easy-going to fill it. It's a good-sized double, currently unfurnished, so you're welcome to bring your own bits and make it your own - but if you'd prefer it furnished, just ask and I can sort that out before you move in.

I'm a live-in landlord, and there's one other lodger here already, so it'd be the three of us sharing. We're friendly but happy to give everyone their own space. There's an open-plan kitchen/diner, a living room with a wall-mounted TV, and a shared bathroom with a bath and shower. The garden's got a patio, a shed, outdoor seating, and a barbecue that's optimistically ready for our two weekends of British summer.

Bills included in the rent are Council tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, Fast Broadband/ Wi-Fi, and we have a weekly cleaner.
