Double Room in 2bed flat!

I’m renting out my spare double bedroom with its own full bathroom (shower over bath) in my 2 bed property - all bills included.
It’s furnished with a double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers (this furniture can be removed if you already have items of your own!)

You’ll be living with me, a 29 year old nurse working at Bristol children’s hospital (weekdays only). I love socialising, cooking meals together, watching tv, doing ANYTHING creative (playing guitar, piano, sewing), going for walks/ hikes. Also chill with having alone time and will stay at my partners a few nights a week!

Extra bonus points if you have an indoor only cat but probably won’t accept other pets (sorry).
The property is up for sale, so the rental would work on a month-to-month basis however I’m not expecting it to sell within the next 6ish months (and obviously can give you loads of updates throughout so the tenancy doesn’t end abruptly).

I can provide references from a lovely girl who has previously rented this room!
